The International Moustache Film Festival is proud to be screening three distinct programs of facial hair cinema on Friday March 28, 2014 at the Portland Museum of Art.
5pm – Dark Films:
The dark side of facial hair on Film. Featuring dark and absurd films from Poland, Iran, Greece, and Spain, and other dark weird places. Like Los Angeles. $5
6:30 pm – Funny Films:
The films will make you chortle! Funny facial hair shorts from around the world. Germany, Brazil, and even Los Angeles are featured in this collection. $5
8pm – Maine Films:
Facial hair films made in Maine or by Mainers. This program will be immediately followed by a panel discussion with several of the filmmakers, including the duo of animators from O’Chang Studios! $5
Saturday March 29
The Facial Hair Farmers Market and
The CanAm Beard and Moustache Competition
Dozens of facial hair related vendors and activities, food and arcade games, crafts and men’s health care products, Maine Celebrities, moustache rides, door prizes, beard contest sanctioned by Maine Facial Hair Club and maybe even the radio station.
